Support is a joke, web service ripoff

I have two web hosting accounts with ehostsource.

On one I've had no access to my web site for 3 weeks. They quit responsding to my email support requests. The other functions but email quit working. It's my only email address and I've used for 8 years.

Their support number 877-712-5299 is a joke. Perpetual busy for months, even in the middle of the night.

Miskeyed URL's to my web site don't get a "404 Not Found" message but instead are redirected to a spam web site in which ehostsource receives payment for each redirection.
