Paid $40 for A 1-YEAR "UNLIMITED" subscription. Cell phone lookups don't tell you who owns the phone or their address, but they offer to get that for you for an extra fee of $15 EACH.

Basically the subscription is useless, no info is given that you can't get for free.
They provide no company contact email, phone, or mailing address except for a PO Box.

"Support" tickets go unanswered. I will try to get the money back from my credit card company.
