Unauthorized credit card charges

I recently (8/2/08) purchased a cell phone reverse lookup... The free screen said the name & address were available. But after I completed the information form with all my personal data, and paid $6.45 by credit card, the only info Intelius could provide is the name of the cell phone CARRIER and the city of the CARRIER. Not the person who owns and uses the phone number.

Also, my credit was getting charged 19.95 monthly for a service called
Identity Protect Subscription, which I've never authorized.

Be aware of this company.
