There were never any terms or conditions disclosed!

I never seen it coming. That's because there was never anything to see. I came across a website offering a $1.98 cd for different types of grants. I click on it and get a popup for the cd. I order it and eight days later I'm charged $69.95 to my bank account. When I ordered through the popup there was not one word mentioned about a Free Trial period, but if you go to there website it is at the bottom of the screen. What I want to know is how they can get away without mentioning the terms & conditions on their popups, but only on the actual website. I tried calling them and got nowhere, they won't budge. Had to cancel my bank card.

Now, I have to see if I can dispute it through the bank.By the way, I'm still waiting on my cd. Never got a confirmation e-mail on the order either. Save your money! Beware!
