Ordered computer that did not work correctly Internet

I ordered a computer from Ibuypower around November. When i recieved the computer in the mail it would not boot up. Turns out a cable that had been connected to the hard drive had chipped off.

At first i thought ok maybe that was just a shipping error. After i connected that in i turned on the computer to find the computer would freeze up during games and such. It was overheating or a problem with the graphics card.

In my opinion they did not test the computer properlery before they shipped it out if they had done so i would not have had that problem.

Customer Support was VERY rude to me via email. One guy even falsley acused me of saying rude statements to him which i did not.

They also lied and told me that they would pay for the shipping return to repair it only to email me back and tell me "oops we made a mistake we cannot pay for the shipping".

One of the support persons actually ended up insulting me to a point.

One of the worst and most unprofessnal computer companies i have delt with. I will not and encourage anyone else NOT to buy from there company. Read the other reports here.

They rip people off by promising "great deals" on computers only to have them half built and not tested and backed up by rude and unacknowledgeble staff.

I was able to return it for a refund thankfully however. I will never buy from them again.
