I'm upset that each year I attempt to obtain my Norton update it never works. When I attempt to resolve the issue I'm possibly provided solutions which are unhelpful (through the chat-room) or am not able to mail or get yourself a telephone number and never have to leap through numerous hoops. The disappointment of acquiring acceptable customer support is immeasurable. I believe the merchandise is okay, but I definitely dislike coping with the organization. I'm presently trying to find additional protection and anti virus applications which have quality customer support. I really hope in order to stop Norton's items.
