This company misleads the public on what they will do for you and not fix problems with your site

I was suppose to receive a free page for paying for hosting service for a year in advance.

They charged me a $100.00 for it. I went back and forth with these people on the phone and email and they still would not credit my account. They designed three forms that people can fill out and submit. Those did not work, it's been over 3 months and they still have not fixed them. They were suppose to design a classified section where people can list their rentals. What they gave me was a program that was designed by another company.

You have to go into the program and create your own fields to show up on the web site. There are no instructions on how to do it. When I complained about it the same sales person said what I want is a in depth program and it would cost a few more thousand dollars to do that. The email I received from Daniel Crews the designer said he would create the page where the fields would all ready be there. He lied.

I tried getting my money $1080.00 back from them but they said they would not do that since services were rendered. Services that were not finished or worked properly. When you call to talk them they keep transferring you back and forth and nothing is resolved.

On the main page when you click on the links on "Home" it takes you back to the Introduction Page. I reported that 3 weeks ago and they have not fixed it.

There are times I can't edit my own web site because the page I go to do that does not work. Heritage Web Solutions is a rip off and they don't care about their customers.
