Open Office Rip off

I Googled Open Office in order to upgrade my version. This company's site came up high on the search. I was careless, not seeing the address wasn't Openoffice.org. I entered my email address, pressed Next and discovered they are selling Open Office&which is a free commodity.

It's unethical and illegal. I didn't send them money, of course, but they are relentlessly spamming me to buy this free product. The Unsub function on their email doesn't work. I filtered them in my email program; they just use another address. They have bulk mail companies do this for them. I guess it's completely roboticized.
