Not Finishing Website Design Work

I employed Webzone US (RAJ and Omar) in March. All-they did was produce a theme front-end and load it-up with space-fillers. Even today, the website is ineffective. They never completed the functions they guaranteed. Customer Support is NON-EXISTANT, Omar never accumulates his telephone and his voicemail is definitely complete. He'll reply my mail every 1 1/2 to 14 days. He'll do one small factor and never do something for months. After I get angry, he gets really apologetic, and maintains offering me false claims. All-they did was spend my period. Its nearly been an entire year because the project began.
