I ordered a bundle of services and products from PHP Pro Bid on 8/5. Part of the purchase included custom theme design. I was told that my theme would be ready for review in August. That never happened, and then I was told that it would be ready by Mid September. It is now November and my website design is still not completed as advertised. I have tried to contact PHP Pro Bid through the help desk numerous times concerning this issue during the past 3 weeks and I have not received a response.php Pro Bid has failed to deliver on its commitments several times. I am now out of $940.
