Aol
Ripoff stay away from AOHELL they will rob you blind... internet

Internet & Web

1 AOL claims after 60 or 90 days you can cancel account, yea you can maybe if you have a good attorney. Lets see AOL wants you to call a number email them then call again to verify to cancel. Is AOL that mentally slow that they need all this to process one cancellation?

2 AOL just hands out TOS notices without verification, I had a TOS notice due to a hacker.

3 In Past AOL has charged me over $90 for free trial period? How do they figure that is free trial?

4 AOL tech support? That is an oxymoron in itself. AOLs so called tech support folks couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag let alone help a customer with a computer problem. I was figuring out the problem while they were twiddling their thumbs looking through their manuals, trying to figure out what was wrong. Sad thing is Im only A cert. Lol and they are suppossedely programmers and so forth?

I am now currently with Juno and much happier... Faster connection and nowhere near as many headaches as I had with aol, or as I tell people stay away from AOHELL they will rob you blind...
