After fixing computer it was unable to turn off normally

After tuning up computer, changing disc drive, the computer was not able to be turned off without pressing and holding the "on" button on the CPU

He kept promising to return to fix, but after numerous calls did not.

Had to contact Microsoft and pay again to fix problem..
