Billing without authorization

I requested Wuyi Tea twelve months before. Our credit card debt visit my partner's office. I thought that I had been charged for that onetime I requested the tea. Eleven months later I ran across the charge card statement and noticed that I've been charged each month for eleven weeks, $19.95. I instantly named and was informed that "like a courtesy we shall return you 30 days at $19.95." I inquired what it's they were charging me for. I had been informed that there is some type of useful site that I had been activated to. Used to do not donate to this and not must have been charged a cent. Exactly why is the attorney-general not doing something about that misleading exercise?
