Checked my online bank account find a 29.95 charge from Dri

Charged my credit card for 29.95 without my consent. Do not Know who this company is or what the sell or offer. I have not used my credit card online except thur my banking account payment center. Do not know how they got my CC #. Called bank they said I have to change my account. I want to know how they got the Info and who is responsible.
