Long over due rebate and impossible to contact Chatsworth

I submitted a $10 rebate for the X71 sound card on 9/17. Since it had not been paid after a while, I tried to contac them by using their online forms. However, so far, after almost two months, here has been no response. The online sttus also shows that my case was "Not Reviewed".

The store tried to contact them, but they also seemed to refuse to deal with the issue. I cannot believe such a reputable company is so lousy in honoring its rebates. I needs to pay.
