I am very very sorry about caps im just goin' krazy
really dont know what to do anymore
My name is liquor i'm writing this report to let you know about amazon.com the web and amazon's corporate office and braches and also to get help.
I setup a amazon sellers account, i called to ask a bunch of questions.
1. Is the account free?
(yes)
2. How do we get paid?
(new account have to wait 14days then 5 days after, for funds to be transfer from amazon account to your personal account)
3. Is their a limit on what you can sell?
(no as long as you get approval on certain items)
4. Can i do a biddin poll or raffle?
(yes as long as people don't purchase item (but contact seller-performance@amazon.com to confirm (still waiting for response)
5. What can i sell?
(anything and everything that belongs to you)
6. How does amazon get paid from seller if setup is free?
(we take a percentage of what you make depends on how much you sell it for)
7. Who is reponsible for shipping package to buyer
(you as the seller, unless you go threw amazon's storage and shipping program)
8. How do you guys pay. Once amonth, every week, every 2wks, how?
(you get paid generally 3-5 days
9. Do they have contact numbers for corporate office
(no) wait i called 411 and got the number and when i called amazon back the rep told me no only address and email so i went to prove him wrong thats their was a number for corporate office he hung up on me "wow" thats customer service for you...
Amazon's corporate number is (206)-622-2335 forget what else i asked them
but the whole thing is that i made a little over $2,000 in one week
amazon was quick to put my account under reveiw
(they said we need you to verify that you have these items (so they think im a liar) we need you to email us tracking numbers, pictures of items and inventory list of what i have or dont have and who's doing my storage)
why would they need to know who's doin my storage i do my own storage less fees any how i emailed them all info they asked for it's been 1-2wks already havent gotten one response back from them i done 3 emails a day to each department
seller-performance@amazon.com they deal with policies
mechant-approval@amazon.com they deal with reviews
no word back from any body
i sent out items paid out of my pocket
but still i havent got no type of money back
another thing if companies can monitor calls for quality purposes
how come us as a buyer or seller cannot monitor calls for our purposes?
Again im speaking about amazon
i told the guys i was recording this conversation for security purposes
to protect my self from any misinterpreted information and do you know what he did... Click... Duuuuu he hung up the phone now what kind of corporate customer service is that,
what is it everyone is up to some thing over in amazon making million for what getting profit off of our items and still and all they still continue giving us the run around... I will update when further info is available,
if you know what i can do to get this problem resolved besides stop dealing wit amazon witch i've done as far as possible lawsuit for flase information for the suffering they've put me threw problems they've gave me so on and so forth please get back to me
