Liars, Thieves, and Swindlers! Do not put deposits with these guys!

Do not under any circumstance ever give these guys a deposit!!!

I would recommend that no one ever trust, or do business with, scrapcomputer.com, or Graham Wollaston. They have warehouses in Columbus, Ohio, Phoenix, Az, and locations in Houston TX, Malaysia, India, and Egypt. These chumps are nothing but con artists.

He is a repetative liar and a thief. He will tell yhou everything you need to hear, to close the deal, or get a deposit from you, so BEWARE. I am saying this from the experience of having to learn the hard way and nothing would make me happier than if no one else ever have to experience the difficulties we have had with dealing with these liars.

Mr Graham Wollaston is the principal of scrapcomputer.com. We became aware of scrapcomputer.com through a broker and we were offered used LCD monitors from scrapcomputer.com. We received pictures of the load and negotiated a price for the load.

Mr. Wollaston asked that we would make a refundable deposit, to secure and hold the load for purposes of inspection and purchase. This deposit was told to us that it was refundable, by means of verbal communication, and SCRAPCOMPUTER.com PUT IT IN WRITING on the invoice we received, prior to payment. The invoice clearly states that the deposit is refundable and that the deposit would be refunded within 24 hours of notification that we would like it refunded.

We received a ton of pressure to get there and inspect the load several times, from Mr. Wollaston. We were offered refunds on our deposit several times and my company made a decision to have Mr. Wollaston refund the deposit, at his request. The invoice, nor any communications stated a time line, in which we to have the load inspected by. Which by the way was two weeks, before we agreed to have the refund processed - at his request, as we were busy and made him aware of that in advance.

After we agreed to Mr. Wollaston's request to provide us with a refund, he then switch his position and told us that we would not receive a refund, but he would provide us with a store credit. This is not our deal. I personally flew to Phoenix, went to their warehouse, which is a different address than is listed with the BBB, and on their invoice and website.

Their new address is: 2602 West Holly, in Phoenix, not far from McDowell and close to the corner of 27th ave. And Holly. They were evicted form the locatio at 3210 East Roeser Road and moved to a new location and the eviction notice stated that the landlord was taking possession of all property in their warehouse to recover money owed. Furthermore the glass door to the front of their office was smashed and I would guess that either they broke it and took back their stuff, or they ripped somebody else off and that person smashed it.

I went to their new location and viewed their product. THEIR PRODUCT WAS JUNK and the place was a dump. All of the product was most likely all taken in from recycling, INCLUDING THE LCD's they were trying to charge me top dollar for!!! Ultimately, Mr. Wollaston lied to us and has stolen many thousands from us.

He put it in writing that our deposit was refundable and I feel he never had any intention of it really being a refundable deposit and his pressure tactics to get us down there were closing tactics. I feel he has stolen our money and swindled us out of A LOT OF MONEY.

Furthermore, I am in possession of letters he sent to his credit card processing company, as we filed a chargeback on the deposit, where he is denying that the charge was in dispute, when it in fact was and he knew it was in dispute, so he lied to them too. We are filing a complaint against his swindling and theft of our money and we would like to make you aware of his unethical business dealings.

Furthemore we are taking Mr. Wollaston and scrapcomputer.com to court, as we do not tolerate thievery. If he and they stole from me, don't think for a second that they will not steal from, or lie to you!!!
