Lied. Never got order and have yet to receive refund

Placed order for a Laptop Battery. Also paid $25.00 extra for Fed-ex shipping which Dimosol said they messed up shipping and sent it by Postal Service and could not tell us when it would be delvered. I called the President of the company whom I received an email from stating that we would receive it and I would get a refund to my account.

He also started YELLING at me on the phone telling me to be patient it will arrive. I feel like I have been lied to and this is the WORST service I have ever gotten from any company. I hope someone will read all the complaints against this company and not order from them. They are nothing but FRAUD!!!
