Scam artist on Etsy and eBay. Collects money and runs! Beware! Griffin, Dallas,?

This woman has scammed MANY, MANY people on eBay and Etsy.com. She is an artist who sells her items as well as takes in custom orders. Or... At least claims to. Basically, once she receives your money, you never hear from her again.

Jill Liphart knows that she is guilty of stealing from people, yet doesn't seem to care. She has closed down her eBay account and paypal account as well. I trusted her to make a custom Christmas ornament for a girlfriend of mine who has lost a child. Jill told me that it was finished and that she would have it out in the mail asap. I never heard from her again and was unable to get paypal to refund my money.

Jill also has ads on craigslist. Again, it seems that she wants a check or money order sent to her before she "sends the goods out". She is a complete thief and a liar - never to be trusted. She is stealing from innocent people and must be stopped.
