Debited company checking account without authorization

We are a small garage in the Waco, TX area. We keep a close watch on our bank account and noticed there was a debit in November for $49.95 that we could not figure out what it was. The bank was finally able to supply us with a phone number but not before they hit us again in December for another $49.95. I called and got a lady in customer service and she told me that they offered help on our computers and software and had mailed an enrollment package to us. I told her I did not remember it and I knew I did not send it back as we are on a "help desk" program with our software company I would have signed up for any additional software help. She told me that enrollment would have happened even though I did not send back the application. She also said they had called me in October and I had agreed to the service. The first 30 days was free then the charges began. I do not recall any such solicitation, and I would not have agreed even if it was free forever. We already have the "help desk" from our software provider and do not want any outside help. They agreed to refund our money, but this has to be illegal. I did not give my bank routing number or account number to anyone. I won't even pay an account over the phone with a check. We mail checks on anything we owe or sign up for.
