CBeyond sales team misrepresented their solutions. The caliber of their Web and mobile phone support was terrible. Efforts to stop the agreement after 3 months of nightmare and solve the problem led to the organization breaking FCC guidelines and extorting money from our organization by eliminating all support without notice. CBeyond likewise declined to produce our cellphone numbers and domains to some new supplier.
