This company NEEDS to be stopped from ripping off unsuspecting people!

While doing an online survey I was prompted to select one of the offers they had displayed. I picked what I thought was the cheapest $2.95 "cd" to see if I would qualify for government grants. I never did get the cd and was never again contacted by anyone from the company, until I looked on my bank statement and I find a charge of 39.95 to my account. I never at any time authorized this charge.
