Won a prize in Sept., haven't seen it despite several complaints

In Sept. Of I turned in points accumulated and won a "glass and wood clock". Despite several complaints, I haven't gotten it yet. The excuse is that it's "on order". And at this time of winning, I was a "gold member", a paid member.

There was a time when they did send prizes promptly, so I don't know what the problem is. Perhaps people are finding their premium membership too expensive in this economy. I certainly haven't renewed mine since I've been ripped off.
