N/A Denied my prize after spending much money on coffee

This company has an awards program. When you get a certain amount of points, you qualify for their prizes. I ended up buying 30 bags of high priced coffee, a little at a time, to qualify for a good prize. What I applied for was a $25 Visa Gift Card for 2500 points.

I requested the prize 5/10/09, waited and waited. Wrote to them several times and on 7/7 they said it had been sent out USPS 1st class mail and they are not responsibe for lost or stolen prizes.

They deducted the 2500 points, did not substitute anything else so I am out the points and a prize.

I contacted the BBB in N.J. They made several attempts to contact the company and have not received a response.
