Took $ Out of Checking Account, Never Ordered Anything, Don't Even Know Who They Are?

I've had issues with several companies taking money out of my checking account that started about 3 months ago. There are various companies, but I think they may be tied in together. Here's my theory:

I ordered several sets of "Doggy Steps" through their infamercial web-site because I couldn't find them elsewhere. I typically do not order on such web-sites, but I though... This one time won't hurt. Keep in mind, I'm not really sure that the Doggy Step company had anything to do with this, so I don't want to speak wrongly against anyone... This is just my theory. Whenever I order on-line it's always through a web-site such as Wal-Mart, Target, etc. That's why I feel this incident occurred when I ordered the Doggy Steps. Anyway, I go to my bank to close my checking; after arguing with them that no one else has my debit card, they finally convinced me that the only thing I needed to do was get a new debit card. My gut told me otherwise, but I did it. I also filed BBB complaints on all 3 companies. I got the situation resolved. One company actually gave a rebuttal stating all my personal information as well as a "fake" email address for me. I knew right then that they had obtained my debit card info, created a fake email for me, and charged me for items I never ordered.

Two months goes by, and all is well. I didn't have anymore problems... So I thought. On December 19, I had a small amount debited from my account of $. 60 and then $29.95 on the same day; I never ordered anything from these people... Nothing! I've never even heard of them. The only debit card purchases I've made in the last two weeks has been to, since November 19th, has been from Ebay.com and Half.com (to order a textbook)
