Order not shipped, can't contact, phone disconnected, emails undeliverable

I placed an order on dec 9th paid extra to rush
process the order. Order should have been delivered
in 4-7 days (BY the 16th). Items were shown as in stock.
Tried to call by 1-800 doesn't work. Tried to email
but comes back undeliverable. Search and found their
phone number (661-702-8515) but its disconnected.
Had one email go on a different email address but never
got an answer. The money has been charged to my credit card.
