Double billing

On 10/31/08, I requested free business cards. The delivery & control charge was $9.86 that we charged to my Sears Mastercard. It had been on my declaration of 11/10/08. After I got my Mastercard declaration of 12/09/08, I had been charged another cost of $14.95. I've not put another purchase, nor owe this.
