Tricked me into one of my job apps Moscow Russia

This "company" made it seem like they were responding to one of my several job applications through "Employer's Solutions" which sounded like something I had applied to! So I believed them and signed a contract with them to be their "contractor" in the USA for transferring funds to Russia.

Now that I found out they are a scam, I am sitting in my house with a real or fake check from a company in the USA not knowing what to do and they are getting mad and sending me warning emails that they will file a suit against me for possibly stealing their funds.

They are also claiming they will mark my credit report since I didn't transfer the money.
