Took money from my checking account without my knowledge! Internet

I noticed $14.95 coming out twice this month (12/08) Shoppingessen# and Businessmax# and decided to look back. Yep, they took the same amount twice in November. I called my bank and they found two debits in October as well. The bank gave me the phone number to call saying if I didn't get anywher with them to call back.

I called and was told I agreed to the charge on vistaprints.com, I am not a shopper and wouldn't use anything like this. They said I would get credit within 8 weeks. We'll see. They probably think I will forget about it. Forget $89.70 I don't think so!
