Bad customer support and fraudulent billing

I paid for the full version but never received ID numbers to activate! NO telephone number
to contact the company. No way to complaint to the company. Left with a 40$ charge on my
credit card and no service. I was screwed. Do not order the extras, they are not available,
but are charged. I don't understand why they would withhold the serial numbers? Even if they
are crooks, how is this benefitting them?
