I paid my $49 for a cell number trace two days ago. I have since attempted to contact them using the email address provided on their website, and it comes back undeliverable every time. I also used their website form to submit a request for the status of my report, and it came back undeliverable as well. It seems that I may have been scammed. I will recant this posting if they provide the report within the next 2 business days.
