They don't what a credit is

I got Verizon FIOS in to date TILL my March 28 declaration was good, then my lender created 2 funds which offered me a credit, All a quick I had been receiving emails, characters, telephone calls that I had been overdue. Every time I acquired one of these simple I named and allegedly spoken to some Boss (?) and every time was informed I didn't owe something due to the credit but all of the characters, e-mails and telephone calls endured, I'd to obtain a new modem in August 08 and was informed from the Technology that used to donot need to return the previous one. Today they charged me for that-but my Credit again and required $191.16 from my banking account on 12-08-08 now I get another statement for $155.39. Someone doesn't understand merely math!!! Support
