Com Purchased a program that I can not download. Page not found

I ordered a product - Adobe Photoshop CS3, and they sent the download. They took the money from bank account that day. I could not download the program because the webpage was not found by my server. I notified them by email several times and their autoresponder said I would hear directly from cust services.

There has been no reply and I can not call as there is no working phone number. I forfeited $79 to this bogus operation, and this is a warning to anyone considering a purchase from them - forget it, the company is worthless, stay away. Immediate action should be taken against them.
