I was scammed out of $79.99 by fake company offering Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro download

In August I paid $79.99 for Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro download. My account was debited immediately. However when I went to install the download did not contain the serial number and activation info as described in the installation instructions. Also a Trojan virus was attached per my anti virus software.

I emailed company and got curteous acknowledgement to my complaint from "Melissa." However when problem never got resolved and I kept opening suppport request tickets, "Melissa" emailed me and said I would get a full refund. Never got the refund and the only information I got from the phone number given to me by the Better Business Bureau only had a menu that referred me back to the instantgoods website.

All of my contact, including as recent as 11/08 and 1/09, with InstanteGoods point to I was totally ripped off by a bogus company only set up to commit fraud.
