Perfecttermpaper.com Totally false advertising

I put in a request for a paper and got a report that had been published by someone else, word for word. I having been emailing them for 3 days now with no response.

Their web site says all over it that they have outstanding 24/7 customer service, and free revisions if the paper is not to my expectations. Well my paper was due yesterday and I still have not heard back from anyone. When I google the site for contact info, which their site does not have, I get Perfecttermpapers.com 1 215 334 6641765 6th Ave NYC NY 21547 US. A lady answered the phone number and said she doesnt know what I am talking about but she is probly the one collecting all that money. My bank says that they will fight the charges for me when they accually come out of my account, but for some odd reason the authorization hold that was on my account for these funds was taken off because their bank didnt send the request for the funds. This a a total rip off
