Skype aided by digital river in defrauding consumers: federal class action lawsuit in process to shut down all operations & business of skype in the united states and with all internet servers

We have been ripped off by Skype in charging for services which have not, and are not rendered, deceptive consumer practices, violations of federal telecommunications laws, fraud, inter alia. Skype is being aided in their scheme to defraud consumers nationwide in this respect by Digital River which is actively promoting and selling its products over the internet.

A Federal Class Action lawsuit is in the process for filing in order to refund monies nationwide taken from consumers in the United States and to seek a permanent Federal District Court injunction to shut Skype down in the United States from either selling their services within the United States and from selling their products, either by themselves, their agents, or resellers, within the United States.
