I had the same thing happen to me - trying to get them to cancel has been a nightmare so far more than 245 in nsf fees, tried calling and each time was told to call back later.

A representative at my bank told me there is nothing i can do - if i cancel my account they'll keep billing me - she also said that she did a seach and found two different states listed and two different unmatching (for that city that state zip codes)

If anyone else out there wants to start a class action suit, count me in
