What a scam! Inconsistent audio quality was just too unbearable. Tried the 30-day "FREE" trial, which slimey infomercial guy says "includes free return shipping if you're not fully satisfied".
He's lying.

After much hassle just obtaining a RMA, I couldn't bear wasting anymore time trying to get them to pay the postage.

Think about it... This is a PHONE company that refuses to be contacted via the PHONE!!! Need I say more?
