This is what I wrote in my complaint to the Chicago BBB:

Someone stole my PayPal card number sometime this past week, when I ordered magazines for $2.00 per each magazine offer. I was then charged on Sunday $94.87! (In addition to the $2.00 per mag sub!) Then I have 3 "other" fraudulent charges on my PayPal that are NOT my purchases! (Total of $36.00) Nice days work for them! It all started after I completed an order online last week for my grand daughter. A window popped up with an offer for a great deal on magazines... BEWARE!!! Of Publicationsmax.com From what I'm finding out now about this company/companies... They should be run out of business!

Your Desired Resolution:
I'd like to know WHO it was that did this and have them prosecuted! Also - A public apology to me and all their customers on their websites AND a written apology to me from the owner and explanation of HOW this happened and how they are rectifying it now and in the future. And just in case they didn't learn from the error of their ways, they should donate $2,500.00 to their local food bank and $2,500.00 to the USO.com

It would be nice to get my $130.00 back also. Thank-You, XXXXX
