Found a good staff in their internet website. Cost great $ amount. But prior buying the products, due to negative reviews & comments, for the benefit of my doubt (to be fair) just ordered parts for my existing hobby toy (test) to see how true what they say about this company... Oh boy! It's all true!

Just ordered 5 items (parts) under my wife, name but received the items with packing slip with 2 missing items (parts). No explanations at all about if the parts are on back order or what? My wife, e-mail the company and explained we received the packaged with some missing parts. Waited, waited, waited, "NO RESPONSE" untill I finally decided to log on to their websites again, got hold live chat with the name Ben, Explained about the parts & told me parts at least takes about 1 month.

I told him, why he never mentioned about B.O.in the slip & never return e-mails, for me thats an "ACT OF A DECEIVERS" no matter how big or small the orders, should always be truthful to their customers. The good thing about the company, refunded my money back. Best lesson I learned, be carefull out there, their always a crook waiting for a victims, "NO OFFENSE"!!! Just purely being truthful...
