On October I bought two R/H Planes from BananaHobby.com.

Throughout The original buying stage these were fast to react to questions. Since I've the planes I have to buy replacement components for just one that occurs to be always a newer design for but can't get any reaction from Strawberry Interest. About the purchase explanation it will record that "all" alternative components can be found which brought me to think that typical components like alternative rotor knives could be simple to get. They're cheap components, but I can't choose a vendor within the U.S. And Strawberry Interest won't support.

I've tried many emails, and also the telephone numbers outlined band and band without any solution. When the business hours are into result, the telephone is positioned off the catch and bands active.

I'm writing this to alert other consumers that occasionally, a great cost isn't any alternative to "great support".
