Because buying online documents providers from these "individuals" I've unearthed that they don't have anymore use of public record information than I actually do. They're said to be something that places you touching individual records of others, criminal history records, relationship, divorces etc. Not just might they not supply data that's easily available within the phone-book they might not appear to discover my nation, Canada.
