Ripped off baltimore

I ordered a computor from blue hippo and after they started taking out of my bank account the money which they never told me they would do up front i then cancelled the order after paying over 400 dollars. They said i would have to take a store credit because there was no refunds. So i did this. I found two items totaling the amount due to me. So i ordered them. Then they said i would have to send the shipping charges for both orders in a money order, so i did. As time went by i called to see when it would be sent out. They said because i ordered two items instead of one it would have to be sent for a review and for me to call back in 15 days. There is no where it says you can only order one item at a time. It has been several months and each and every time i call they tell me to call back in 15 days. I turned them into the bbb. They have not responded to them either.
