Time Warner Cable:
To speak to a supervisor is almost impossible. “They are in a meeting”, it seems like every I call for a supervisor they are always in a meeting.
1st incident. High definition in dvr’s in 3 rooms: masters bedroom, Living room and game room. The masters bedroom high definition was not working. When I called, they sent a technician that didn’t do anything, and left.
2nd time I called: a week or more have passed. Now I will rather get a cable card for the masters bedroom and for my game room to be able to receive what I am paying for (DVR service)
(I am angry and disappointed at time warner)
I was sent another bill, although I have yet to receive what I am paying for. I called to speak to a supervisor, and I was told that they are in a meeting (all of them). That I should leave a message and I will get a call back in 24 hours. I did
24 hours pass and no call, I called back, they told me to leave a message again, this time it will take 48 hours to call back. I did.
A week later I called back, furious, when I asked for a supervisor, the customer service agent asked me to explain the reason I am calling, because I refused and requested a supervisor again. I was told that they where in a meeting. (they are always in a meeting) I said that I will wait, after 30 minutes of waiting someone finally got on the line.
They explained to me how they understand what I am going through… (yeah, right) and how they will do all in their power to help me.
They sent a technician and he came looked around and left.
I am still being charged for that service I have not received.
From Personal experience Time Warner has the worst customer service in any kind of customer service industry.
