I called Snapfish to ask a question about a re-order. Ritu told me that i would be able to cancel and re-order my book and then a minute later she said i couldn't. I couldn't understand the woman very well after talking with her for ten minutes and she was very rude to me, so i asked for a superviser. She told me that they didn't have any. About 2 minutes later i asked for a superviser again and she put me on hold, a few seconds later she got back on the phone and said "this is a superviser, how may i help you?" but it was the same girl named Ritu. I asked to be transfered to ANYONE else and she said that it was impossible for her to transfer me to anyone else in the office. This is horrible customer service and the company it self if frustrating becasue it is not user friendly.
