Will not honor RMA and return broken products or refund $

We bought a computer from pacificgeek.com and it arrived DOA. They issued a RMA. One month later they claimed they were replacing the Motherboard and returning it next day... That was 21 days ago.

I demanded a new one or a refund - they will not respond. Ripped off.
