Horrible scam complete ripoff awful company and people

Be very careful of eyeq... Awful, awful, awful...

About 2 months ago I noticed a $6.95 debit on my checking account for EyeQ. Didn't think much about it, figured it was something small my husband may have bought. Last month there was a debit of $66.66 from them. I called to ask how they got my bank account and they said my husband ordered their software. I asked when and how and they couldn't answer that.

First of all, my husband is so not the type of person that would order something like this. Secondly, we don't even have a computer. So he called and they said he did sign up for the product, but again could not say how, when or where. He advised if he ordered the product, where is it? They said it was shipped to our house (correct address) and we could return it in 30 days for a refund. He asked how can he return something he doesn't have. They said they'd get a tracking number and call him back. Of course they didn't call. So this month, another $66.66 debit.

He called again and asked for the tracking number, they wouldn't give it to him but advised it was returned to them due to an invalid address. He asked why he wasn't contacted, or if it was returned, why are we still getting charged. They said it's not their responsibility to follow up. They will not refund the $132 they already took from us, but said they won't charge us anymore. Yeah right, we'll see come next month.

Again he asked when and how he signed up for this and they could not answer it. He does not even know what the stupid product was. Becasue I was unaware of these debits, they caused my account to overdraw resulting in fees and other debits to continue to overdraw, thus has cost me an additional $300. They are idiots and I'm quite sure they will be debiting my acocunt next month. I can't even dispute the charges with my bank as they say we ordered it.

I would really like to know where they got my bank acocunt info, but they say they cannot provide this information. I noticed someone else reported them to the BBB, I'm going to too. We are on hard times financially and this scam really hurt us bad. Companies such as this should be investigated for illegal practices.
