My daughter is a ClubPogo member and her membership was about to expire. There was a place on Pogo's web site that said, "other methods of payment", so I clicked on it, since her debit card was already entered for regular method of payment.
I was taken to PAYBYCASH.com and entered my info to pay for her 1-year subscription. A small fee was added for doing this. My account was debited for $43.59 on 10/01. She was supposed to get an activation code by e-mail, which she never got. It is now 11/10 and she is still unable to access her Pogo account.
I have submitted several inquiries to PAYBYCASH.com about this problem. To date there has been no response. I have asked for my money to be returned to my account. I have asked them to send her an activation code. I have asked them to contact me. What is their problem? Do they just like taking people's money and keeping it? I would like them to respond and then I would like them to return my money.
