I applied for a loan online with usacredit.com with the understanding that i could receive up to 1,500 in one hour. After my information was collected, they started withdrawing money out of my account leaving me with a negative balance owing my bank money. Yes i want to persue legal action where i can reach a settlement
and have my money returned to my account along with my over draft fees.
