USAcredit RIP OFF! Dishonest Billing of my account Mairion

I was looking online for someplace to obtain a loan. I Recieved an Email from USAcredit saying they could help me obtain a loan. I entered the information they requested with included my Bank account information but did not send it until i had read the sight completely. I saw that there was an option to apply for a credit card for online purchases wich had a fee of 149 dollars but i did not check the box next to it.

I sent the information and was refered to another site for my loan. About a week later the charge for 149 dollars with USAcredit's name beside it show up on my bank statement.

I in now way shape or form gave permission for them to bill my account.
